What is the point of paying for premium? All I hear is excuses as to why things are being missed and no solution.
What has been missed? A far as I’m aware, since I become a moments operator, nothing that has been requested to be saved has been missed.

It isn’t my job to advise you, VHTV of what has been missed. I pay for a service. You advertise is it as part of the premium package and for months now footage has not been added to the archive. This is why I am taking a hiatus from this site when my Sub is over.
Premium give access to Archive Moments with almost 170K videos saved. If that access failed, yes you can be upset.
Agree that stuff was missed along this years but access to archive doesn’t mean the archives will be 24h/7 of each cam in each realm
I’ve been spending 4-5 hours of my free time, voluntarily searching for and saving male archive moments. And yet rather than being grateful for that you criticise the odd occasional thing I miss whilst at the same time you refuse to provide even the tiniest bit of help in pointing me to the things I miss.
I’m sorry, but it’s posts like this that make me wonder why I’m bothering to save anything at all.
The reason it is 170k videos is because the teams before were hot on what they did. Naturally, it is obvious the archive would increase because your role is to save the content for us Premium users.
The team has been lacking, unprofessional when querying issues, behave as though they are doing us a favour by being here!
The point is, you all are not doing what you’re suppose to do efficiently and get rather defensive when it is called out.

It’s on the time for you to calm down. I never saw you request anything here. Can you please tell us what in particular you are missing? I can’t imagine any big major thing got lost. Sure there were some problems in the past but still moments were added. Since some weeks it is really going smooth now. So what is your problem?
You doing this voluntarily mate, with the greatest respect, is not my problem. Do you not understand I pay for a service? So however it is done, it has to be done. I understand we are all human, things will be missed and errors will occur, I judge a business on how they manage these situations when they take place.
If you’ve not decided to be paid for your work, that is on you.

- Yes I understand you pay for an archive of over 170,000 videos.
- Archive moments operators have always been volunteers, from when it started in 2017 until now.
- If you think the over 100 new videos posted each day is shabby then go elsewhere, it’s no loss to me.

He doesn’t care about retaining your business, who in a customer service role, would tell someone who is paying for a subscription and channels revenue to this site such nonsense!

You think that I am going to sit here and go back historically when I told you earlier I created a thread then? And you still have not looked at it, when you were so bold in saying to me, I’ve never requested anything?
At first I am not your love. Show some respect. Second we Operators are not robots and can’t respond within minutes. We have 48 hours to save stuff and that is more than enough. What you do or not is your thing. By the way it seems you are the only one complaining here…
