Complaints about archives

Complain? or given you tough feedback? Lady, you were buzzing through all sorts of threads and having a ball that day I opened that thread. I sat there waiting to see if anyone would answer.

Out of all the staff, I had to tag the CEO of projects to get help, after hours went by because the thread was ignored by all operators!

I will not address you as love - I mean no disrespect to you.

And thatā€™s definitely not their job to retain anybody subscribing to service.

Could you please specify which thread was ignored by anyone? Iā€™m struggling to understand what youā€™re talking about.

Iā€™m not a moment operator but i have to say in the nicest words you are just disrespectful. All the moment operators are doing their jobs 100 percent.

@VHTV_CEO Let me sit down! Let me get this correct, your team is not responsible for dealing with issues your clients face and resolving issues when raised? If, not who is responsible for retaining business in a customer support function? Are you saying you take money if they are issues tough luck or go elsewhere?

There is no specific issue other than piggybacking on someone saying footage is missing from the archive and the response he got yet again like, your team canā€™t be bothered and excuses.

And I expressed that, and the thread was dragged here.

There is no obligation from VHTV as a service to publish ALL the scenes to the archives. We never stated it, otherwise it would be easier to make unlimited timeline for each camera.

There wonā€™t be an answer to the question on who is responsible for customer retention. Thatā€™s not a case. We work as a team. Our support team is one of the best you could find in the industry and outside of it, if weā€™re talking mainstream e-commerce. They provide assistance to everyone, blazing fast. In case you are not satisfied with our services, weā€™re sorry, thereā€™s always a room for improvement and we are aware of our flaws thanks to customers feedback.

If you decide to cancel VHTV subscription, we wonā€™t run after you, sorry, but you are free to re-subscribe anytime you find our service improving for you.

Everything you wrote is contradictory to what I actually raised with you privately - when you had to investigate and resolve? providing the evidence. So you say one thing behind closed doors?

I donā€™t want you to chase me, I can have a good wank from other porn sites! What I do need though, is people who donā€™t get in their feelings when giving feedback, I now see why @anon11413635 goes HARD with you all!

But I am going to say what I have to say diplomatically about the service levels I experienced!

Iā€™ve just re-read our private conversation and found no discrepancy in private & this discussions. I have no objections if you decide to publish our private conversation here.

I never had any questions - Again, all I have done from time, is to repeat what I said in the thread I created that was Ignored by the same blazingly fast staff you speak of.

Your lovely Operator wanted to drag my comment here because they got in their feelings about what I had to say!

Just to chime in, the moments operators have been doing a great job and the archive is so full of great clips right now. Everything I have requested recently has been saved and uploaded within 24 hours.

I moved your posts to here as they belong in the feedback category. When there is nothing specific requested in archives section it gets confusing reading all the posts. Everything is still there and you got the discussion you wanted.
