I cancelled my current subscrition order when I purchased my current subscription which is going as we speak. And it works.

I can even set the language option to norwegian directly if I want to. No problem.

This suggestion to cancel the card is complete nonsense, please restore the option to indicate that you do not want automatic subscription renewal.
if you have been following this topic , you will know that its not VHTV who removed the box but Verotel themselves they are a 3rd party payment handler and they decide how there payment page looks , if your really upset with it then perhaps you should contact verotel direct and tell them , although you wont get any glory there either ,they will just direct you to the cancelation page/link as i have posted in this topic already , but just incase you missed it here it is again , just save the link to your device , then when you sign up you can just go straight to this link and cancel Verotel Order Page - Cancel your membership takes an extra 30 seconds of your time

dont think im trying to be obtuse but i cant see anything added to payment page , if your talking about the red circled option in first pic , then that as always been there and that doesnt stop the re occouring subscription , just there to remember bank details next time you buy , and in 2nd pic still states to cancel through account or support , cant go any further without actually buying a subscription , cant see where anything as been added , maybe its just me being a dummy ??? but!!!

Are you suggesting that the cancel button should be available before the purchase? It’s simply a guide on how to cancel, not an active cancelation button

The “Renews automatically, Cancel at any time in your account via support” part was added now. What is circled in your second pic
prob kaya got confused then i was talking about circle in first pic , all good . i know how to cancel and its been mentioned here enough times now so as far as im concerned matter is over . and im out

anyway the box where you could choose whether your subscription should be automatically renewable or not…it was also recently taken out because I renewed my subscription December 8, 2024 and I unchecked the box where it indicated whether to automatically renew your subscription…
