Changes to subscriptions. It won’t let me pay for any subscription for some unknown reason.

Tried that more than once, says there’s no issue and contact the bank. Bank not the issue I have tried to use card payments for different accounts, I’ve even made a new vhtv account and still no joy.

what country you in , also have you verified your email address , the one when you sign up to vhtv

Unfortunately it’s the Verotel lottery, if they don’t like anything to do with the transaction then they will block it even if you have used that card before with them

It doesn’t as I’ve tried, I can’t subscribe even if I wanted to because of that

Segpay has no such issues which VHTV used to use

sorry m8 was trying to let him know the part where it says country is one of the main stumbling blocks with virotel . im still a little bit tipsy and trying to clear my head with a glass of whiskey seems to be confusing me even more lol :rofl:

I honestly don’t know except maybe segpay charges more then Verotel does to process the transaction

ok last question then i am sorry im flumaxed like you, are you using a mobile phone to sign up , is there any chance of using a friends computer/laptop thats on a different ip try signing up on a different device on a different network with a different email and if that doesnt work then its 99.9% your bank thats causing the block
