FUCK ME - if I stayed in this position for as long a time as him I would never walk again. Must be a type of yoga but at my age I need every ounce of circulation in my legs to keep me mobile. Even when I am on my knees it is a bitch to get back up and then I struggle to walk like a penguin with the occasional knee dropping - ouch ouch ouch. Ohhh to be young again.
