Jeepers, I saw them sticking bloons on that wall but didn’t check the other cams because I got distracted by something at eye level. That’s a lot of rubber. (I’ve said that before somewhere) I hope their party is worth this trouble. There must be a lot of puff inside Jaro.

Maybe it’s like one of those balloon games you see at carnivals, where you throw darts at balloons and win the prize named inside. Maybe there are peoples’ names inside. Mmmm 
it used to be tickets with the name of prizes at the fair that came to my neighbourhood. pop a balloon and you’d either get another go or you’d get a gonk. Like these:
