It takes time for the videos to get uploaded, sometimes it may take up to two days. If you put in a request, it will be uploaded. The moment operators are really good at saving all requests!
To be fair that does seem a little pedantic, as long as you don’t flood the generic threads with archive requests I sincerely hope the moment operators aren’t being anally retentive enough to ignore the occasional request when they see it in here. 
It’s not a case of ignoring the requests in the individual threads. When I come to save moments I look through all the requests in the request section, so requests in the individual apartment threads may get missed (not ignored) as I don’t generally look through all the other threads at that time.
Pedantic? Is just the way for Operators find the moment easy.
