That is another camera that needs to be moved…the one behind his head. If it was just a little higher, it would be a really nice P.O.V. shot.
The living room cams here are very poor. But to be honest, I’ve been asking for so many changes to cams at this & other apartments recently that I didn’t want to push my luck with even more requests.
But if any thing happens on the couch, the other 2 cams are useless.
Cam 13 is so poor it might as well be unplugged
Cam 15 is not much better
Maybe someone else can attempt to get them improved as support probably think I’m a right pain in the ass at the moment. 
When I made that last comment, I had actually forgotten there was something in the way of the view itself (cam 13). I was just thinking it needed to be moved. Seeing that picture you posted, really makes me think it needs a lot more work than just movement of the camera!
Well I think that cam 13 should be moved in between the main couch & the chair. And cam 12 moved nearer to the door and pointed at the couch.

Oh no. In trying to help out someone else requesting the cams are moved, it seems like I’ve inadvertently done the request myself.

For sure not. I did so many tickets in almost 4 years it would have been me getting that first.
Lately amazing @kaya here helps to reduce that as she answers a lot of questions already here. 
Whilst it’s not a reply I actually received, it’s probably what they are thinking 
In all seriousness, if VHTV did an employee of the month then I would put Kaya’s name down straight away, what an amazing job she’s been doing.

I don’t know Kaya but I have seen her post on various pages on the forum, in her role as a member of support. I would like to say thank you for her support in relation to some of the things I know she has been involved with recently, from which I am sure I as a viewer of certain relevant apartments will benefit.
