Ariela (Part 2)

This means that certain apartments are no longer listed on VHTV for various reasons and any videos are blocked.

Max_Muster explained it as it is!

Blocked or banned ??? Why ???

These are images from VHTV, which were public and which I recorded.

As a PAYING user, legally, these images now belong to me and I give me the right to broadcast them!!!

Oh, that. So, for example, a serious violation on the part of participants. I am aware of that cases. However, I didn’t know that Ariela’s past was affected. So there used to be another topic with a different apartment in addition to Ariela (Part 1). And that has been deleted. That’s how I understand it now.

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. If you bought the video, you may only have the ownership rights but not the property rights that entitle you to publish it. If you want to be sure, ask support. Just an advice. You are responsible for yourself. :slightly_smiling_face:

Technically, recording our content isn’t allowed at all…

Kaya has already answered this, but on the subject of ā€œpublicā€, the recordings are from non-public cameras, which were only available to customers who paid for them.

Only VHTV can answer whether you have an unlimited right of distribution with the right to view.

I would strongly doubt that.

Why make paid videos if technically they can’t be recorded?

It was a question of who has the rights to the footage and this will always be with VHTV.

VHTV can determine whether you only have the right to view it or to distribute it further and if so, on which pages.

He’s probably talking about downloading for paid archive video. I’m guessing.

Yes, I understand, but the guy paid for a video from Vh. It’s not another site, it’s Vh. And he paid for it. Whether he wants to record it or not, that’s his business—he paid for it, period.

I think it’s comparable to a streaming service: If you buy a movie, you can usually save it and watch it. But it’s illegal to publish it. With VHTV and the forum it`s an exceptional situation: Here it is obviously tolerated to a certain extent - as it remains within the VHTV network.

However, I don’t know what the situation is with content that has been deleted meanwhile from the VHTV archive. But it’s none of my business. I took Alek228242’s comment as a friendly hint and not as a request.

It was a bit embarrassing, it was mine but not the same video I actually thought everything from there had been deleted! :face_with_monocle:

I’m assuming it’s more of a ā€œdue dilligenceā€ thing. When VHTV has to take down some realm’s content, for whatever reason, once they have removed the respective apartment topic and the participants’ archive videos, they have probably done what can be expected of them. If you look way back into other topics, like ā€œbest pussy lipsā€ and the like, whatever has been posted there of the deleted realms is probably still there today.

It looks like he recorded a stream. Not downloaded a video from VHTV and paid for it.

But even if he had bought a video, he would only have the right to watch it an infinite number of times. Whether he is allowed to redistribute it is another matter.

Let’s assume you have an Amazon Prime subscription, you pay for it and also have videos to watch for free.

Are you allowed to record them and play them elsewhere? No!

Whether VHTV is bothered by this and how VHTV deals with it is again a matter for VHTV. It was only noted by users here that the video comes from an apartment whose content was largely deleted/blocked on VHTV.

That is a very good analysis of the topic.
