There is a difference between ‘mobile equipment’ which can be hidden somewhere or explained with photoshooting, and permanently installed hardware, such as the VH cameras

I agree with Jabs that this is probably bad news for Ariela, as investors usually want a return on their investment. I know nothing about the real estate market in Mordor, but in my experience new ownership doesn’t usually bode well for the inhabitants. You can expect the rent to go up significantly sooner rather than later.
