Looks like Izzy has a “stomach ache”. She had “guest one” get a blanket and she has a hot water bottle on her stomach!

They went to bedroom now. Probably something going to happen soon 
Well as you said they are guests if Izzy wants to stay up all night in living room its her right as her name is above door not the squatter’s
He is still not forcing himself on her like many others have
That was his one try, after that he kept pulling her shirt back down
