I’m not going to say a word!
Oh wait, I’ve changed my mind! lol I’m old enough to have been a young stud (Hmmm I guess I think highly of myself lol) before HIV/AIDS when there was only your typical STDs. When I was in the service (I’ll say) I regularly saw troops with STD’s because they wanted to go bareback. Some had sex with others and those with outers and then the upside down pyramid grows as there are more and more contacts. And then AIDS reared it’s ugly head!! And some of the troops still went bareback! And yes there were those that contracted HIV/AIDS. Of course the ones I knew that contracted HIV/AIDS were released from the service. I would suspect that none of them survived it back then.
Not saying this is where they live (and it doesn’t really mater where people live).
As An example…
”Russia is currently facing one of the fastest-growing HIV/AIDS epidemics globally, with an estimated 1.25 million people living with HIV, an estimated 1.25 million people living with HIV, accounting for roughly 1.5% of the working-age population. The country accounts for the highest share of new HIV infections in the European region.
New Cases: Russia consistently records between 35,000 to 50,000 new HIV diagnoses each year.”
And yes, I did some research. So, would I take the chance? Hell no! So, considering my background it bothers me to see this. Again and again I would advise troops to use a condom. We even carried them in all our medical facilities. All they had to do is come in and get them for free. When I was deployed the troops could get them from me as I caried them as well. But, as the saying goes “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”. Humans are the same and can be our own worst enemy at times.
Sorry for the long reply.
