It is a relocation. Sometimes as you know relocations can take weeks to complete. Just have patience in these matters.
And in quite a few cases, that changes to “left the project.” Time will tell, which is why speculation is pretty much pointless. If they come back, cool. If not, good luck to them.
They are at Draca’s now that’s a good sign there going to stay 
well luis could tell us when but some one reported him for not coming out and saying it was him right away and now he cant talk
its been him this whole time idk he acted like it was not it took me a few weeks to catch every time he talked luis was on his phone
also some one not agreeing to how something was done is not really a reason to mute some one for 5 months and it being a participant/some one who tells us whats going to happen in the realm is kinda fucked
