That said, Andika has to know for herself what she’s doing and what she’s getting tattooed. Because she’s old enough.
And I can’t make out what the tattoo is supposed to be either. Still, I don’t understand how such a pretty girl could get a tattoo like that.

The tattoo is a cover for the collection of small pictures that were there before.
But why? copyright due to the publication? 
I have to admit that I hadn’t really paid attention before to what designs she’s now covering up with that black spot. And I want to emphasize again that this is entirely her decision.
Still, I believe—even if you want to cover up unwanted tattoos—that there are good tattoo artists who can transform these unwanted designs or incorporate them into new ones so that they’re no longer noticeable.
Without turning the whole leg black.
But that’s just my opinion.

en regardant ce nouveau tatouage de plus près , ce n’est pas sûr que ce résultat est définitif ! les contours du noir ne sont pas précis et cela pourrait masquer un dessin définitif après avoir “ nettoyé“ ce fond noir ? ! je ne suis pas un spécialiste , mais c’est pas possible faire ce genre de tatouage définitif ?

I’ve had that thought too—that it’s a protective layer meant to shield the actual, new design and the skin.
At least, I really hope so for her.
But since I, like you, know nothing about tattooing, I can only speculate.
Maybe someone who’s familiar with this topic can help us out.
