Amelie came home first with that couple, shortly after Lucas arrived from work, and not even 2 min later they went offline, but the lights been on when it happen 
. I also seen that air raids been reported over there so maybe that`s why the power cut

Yeah, looked like a sudden power cut.
However, parts of the ISP / Internet there may also have been disturbed by this.

It’s a war, nothing they can do about it, and there is another on the city’s website about power outages, so it must be local. I am sure all is okay and it will come back later and I cannot see that air raid message either now.
There is a curfew from 11 pm till 08.00, so it seemed to coincide with 11 pm, or maybe I am adding 2+2 and making 5

I am wrong about the curfew being part of it as it happened just after Lucas came back and you can see the time on the clock.
