Why don’t you stop being an insensitive fool… but I see you are new here and most likely don’t have an understanding of these apartments from Ukraine and the situation that they are in.
To have them working at all is a minor miracle as it is as they are in the middle of a war and things like this happen in a war, so normal people cut them some slack when issues arise as it is not VHTV’s fault nor the participants.
By the way, there are another 47 apartments for you to choose from, so your refund for last night would be roughly € 0.10, less than that if you take in that it was just the night that it was down.
So think before you post, as you are just making yourself look foolish.
