Не торопись. Лучше сделать всё правильно, и всё будет работать, чем сделать неправильно, и возникнет куча проблем.
Ты должен убедиться в том, что используемые тобой кабели подходят для Power over Ethernet (PoE), а также убедиться в том, что все провода правильно вставлены в коннектор, а также убедиться в том, что экранирование тоже правильно подключено к коннектору.
Если у них возникнут вопросы, они всегда могут написать мне. Работа с сетевыми устройствами - это моя повседневная работа, и я знаю о ней довольно много.
В остальном будет здорово, если ты будешь сообщать нам о состоянии дел каждые несколько дней

You can also use connectors like these one. There are available online from various brands. The example I show you her is from Telegärtner and a very high quality product. They can be fitted without a crimping tool and always guarantee best connection. We often use them when a good connection is crucial and it is hard to get there again to fix things:
This is the Telegärtner J00026A2000 and should be available online or similiar connectors I guess will work too. However I have only experience with those and as I said they work great. They are a bit pricy. 4 of them cost about 30€

Oh but this looks like it does not even have the ability to connect the shielding of the cable. This means even if you use a cable with shielding you won’t have shielding if you use conncetors without shielding.
