I am 73 and deffo not tech savvy i just click buttons play record etc , if they want to watch it in high definition . either get a b___dy subscription or put on a video archive request ticket , next thing they will be asking to wipe there arses for them . no tnx , with me you get what your given

No, it’s still not much better.
Just set the parameters in the program that you see in this picture, then the video will look much better… 
And when you record videos, make sure that everything that comes out of your speakers can be heard in the recording. At the moment it sounded like football…

Sometimes the picture quality changes all by itself (before AND after the new interface for the main site) and goes from ‘high quality’ to ‘low quality’ without the user having to do anything (except put it back to ‘high’ again). It happens to me every so often…very irritating.
This could be the problem here.
