Yes not exactly the kind of thing I would entertain either. Especiallly when you consider that it is often done with a metal (albeit hollow) tube, inserted in the obvious part!!!.

it says personal reasons ,but if i was a guessing man ,i would say Yuneska is having an argument with Radu and hes locked himself in the toilet and Yuneska is outside the bathroom door with a pair of scissors threatening to cut it off properly but seriously dont think anyone knows could be anything
