Y’know I was going to suggest flying squirrel but something made me think ‘nah, who’d have a flying squirrel?’ so I didn’t, but to be honest, when I was watching them the other night leaping around the cages I did think they looked squirrel-ish, And of course someone who has a friggin’ Meerkat would have flying squirrels because ordinary ones are no damn good eh, got to be exotic. like something from a pimp’s menagerie. but awwww cute and fluffy, forest dwellers cramped in a little cage. so cute. makes you feel all warm and squiggly inside.
