What about good old fashioned morale and appreciation? Maybe there’s some way we can as a forum award certain scenes or people and that gets communicated back down to them, perhaps with some VHTV funded actual reward. I suppose this was kinda tried when you could buy things for participants (is that a thing still?)
A lot of this is aimed at participants which is not what the thread was started for. I’d say better handling of participants clearly struggling with health or mental health problems should be implemented. The pressure of living under the cameras’ eyes 24/7 365 is going to take a toll on those who aren’t resilient enough (and many think they are but prove not to be) and better care should be taken of those participants, particularly when things written in forums and on twitter is so savage (I don’t claim innocence here but I am trying to improve and be a better man in that respect), it’s not good enough to simply dump kids into a sparse apartment and say ‘go at it’. I’m not suggesting managers treat participants with kid gloves, just that they behave less like pimps and more like human beings. after all, if participants are miserable it’s zero fun to watch.
perhaps participants should have been living in the apartment for a week or two with cameras in place but not connected, to get used to the idea, become more comfortable with the notion of being observed. then when the apartment goes online it’s a more natural opening. Plus the participants will have had time to better plan an opening night party. which gets them off to a good start with the viewers.
Personally I think you shoud ask viewers (make a survey) not forum members. I have a feeling there might be quite difference between what those 2 camps want.

Regarding the English speaking tenants. I don’t know if you were looking at the US or UK, but my city of Toronto, Canada.might be a good option. Rent is so expensive here that people will do pretty much anything to lower it. I worked as a busser while in univesity and knew 4 servers that were banging their landlords and still paying like 500 bucks a month.

I am not sure where to put this suggestion, but maybe there can be more clarification with the donate feature? I have not donated because I am not entirely sure where the donation would go to.
Other than that, I agree, if possible, more apartment interaction, like I see Mira and Henry doing. It doesn’t always have to be orgies, but just real life stuff that could lead into more, of course! Pool parties and bbqs in the summer would be great too.
