Dude if you want called a vote or whatever make a voting system in the forum at the end of the week. What Iâm saying is a system to count who deserves to take the reward on the chalanges, it has nothing to do with interfering with tenants.
If one week chalange is maske partyâ how you define who is the winner? The first one to put a mask in his face and dance around? Maybe someone will do it at Monday and on Friday someone who put more effort makes awesome maske party. Who deserves to take the first prise? The one who had more time views? But thatâs also not fair cause simply is depending what happening in other rooms, if in the amazing maske party there is another apartment who just having orgie of course the amazing maske party apartment will not get enough time views. So to make fair the system of the chalanges.

Eso me parece fabuloso⌠Que haya un lugar que sea de âvacacionesâ muy bien equipado (piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, etc) donde vayan distintas parejas al azar y se empiecen a mezclar y conocer entre ellos. Y que para ellos sea un premio ir, o puede ser por sorteo. Seria emocionante ver que vaya Foxy, Elliot, Luchik y alguna amiga, Bono e Isabell por ejemplo.
Otra opcion que siempre se me ocuriro es que a esa casa sean invitados ex participantes a pasar unos dias y se conozcan entre ellos: Nose por ejemplo Dolly - Webster - Darcie - Leya -Maria - Tony⌠Ver a los que ya conocemos conociendo a otras personas y quizas teniendo sexo⌠Que dicen ? Sounds great - but isnât this how VHTV already operates? If this brings in viewers like you say, that means the apartments get more views and I hope that also means they get more money, so thatâs already the incentive.
Instead, this topic seems to ask how to motivate the managers to do some managing. Well, this became a problem in +7. So I say - the managers should only focus on bringing in top talent. No incentives based on activity and performance, or weâll only get +7 style apartments. Performance should be rewarded by viewers (more views = more income).
Sure, but thatâs going to be costly. Not sure if there are such people in Russia willing to work for VHTV on Russian income. I would vote for this option as long as it doesnât mean subscription rise or unless you move to pay-per-apartment model where I could choose which apartments to pay for. Now THAT would motivate the managers to start implementing some great ideas, and it would have to be them coming up with it - in the end, we (the subscribers) are the ones paying for the managerâs dinners, vacations and BMWs, so why should we also come up with ideas for them how to improve their business, other than motivating them with out money 
Fine if it also comes with a rule (or at least very strong guideline that needs to be followed) that ALL swimwear is to be either banned or STRONGLY discouraged.

I have to admit that most of my ideas are ispired by RLC 
so I like many features from RLC but the site itself is very bad since 2 years, VHTV is much better of course

That might be interesting, see if it changes how we view apartments where we understand more context. Of course, an existing apartment could just be encouraged to speak more english, fairly sure many of the participants already do.

Ditto. Pools are nice but chances are they wonât get used much. Jacuzzi maybe, more weather agnostic. Honestly though, more sex crazed participants would be better.
I would personally like to see more outgoing behaviour rewarded better, e.g. more likely to have stuff happen at parties and so on.
