Agreed, 100%. Personally I don’t understand the need for ANY kind of tattoo.
I try not to let that stop me from liking the person under said tattoos though (in some cases).

i must admit im ok with tattoo’s in genral just neck and face to me is over the top and will haunt you later in life
Afraid i am in agreement with David especially on a woman.
A small indiscreet one say on the tummy perhaps but that is where i would stop.
