ISP issues is always the get out excuse. When the orgy was about to start Winter flicked the switch to off!
Seriously it could be genuinely ISP issues as to why the apartment is offline. Also bear in mind it was a birthday party with loads of people present, in fact to many people to encourage anyone into any form of sexual activity.
When I first visited the apartment tonight I thought this is great but it didn’t take long to realise nothing will happen.

Just looked at the apartment and it is back online. Virtually everyone has gone home only a couple of hangers on left. My prediction of nothing will happen has sadly proved to be correct.
