Not my problem, I pay for a premium service to have access to the archives because I am not here 24/7.
So if they are using the archive to bring in business I want what I’ve paid for, or else it is a false advertisement.
The fact that some of you operators dare to tell patrons if you don’t watch a certain realm, the content won’t be saved is fucked up!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I am not logging a request for a moment to be saved and uploaded, I am paying for this service PERIOD!
I’d rather you say that it was a technical issue and could not be saved, but because you all volunteer your time and are not employed, some of you don’t care and say and do what you want with paying customers.
YES! There must be an incentive for “moments operators” or, pay for an employee per 5 realms to check in every , lets say, 48 hours to add quality scenes to the archive. Then I won’t feel bad that I couldn’t watch some of the realms real time!
No relocations, people move out of a room in a house and it gets filled quickly. Also, they are a bit more expensive. Their cams, houses, apartments, and locations are a bit more upper-echelon
I had a subscription for a month just to take a look.
I didn’t like it and came back here.
Your opinion may be different to mine.
I would suggest a short subscription to try it out…
The impression was once given that VHTV sets standards and also ensures that participants are paid fairly and according to their performance.
But as it turns out, there is a payment VHTV ↔ manager. Whether and how the manager pays any participants is not controlled by VHTV.
Age checks and checks as to whether all participants have been informed about any cameras and their functions are only carried out after significant mishaps.
In the case of a franchise, McDonald’s, for example, would make sure that the workers of a franchise MC D. are paid fairly and correctly and that working hours and health and safety are observed.
Here I see it as saying that you are only the (exclusive) site operator and the manager is responsible for everything …
This would not work in Europe and especially in Germany, for example, if a worker in Germany does not receive a minimum hourly wage, the main client is liable for everything, no matter how many intermediate companies are in between.
Legally. Speaking vhtv would be held ultimtimately responsible in a court of law they would not be able to hide behind the managers beceause in fact they are principal or the boss and as such they must lay down the rules and regulations like any other company giving out a franchise
Ah well may as well get my 10 cents worth in i suppose
Personally i have just got a bit bored with the whole thing recently for many reasons to many to list perhaps.
But in my view there are probaly the following possible main reasons for the decline.
!. Managers
Possibly many still ripping the tenants off and not giving them the money allocations they should be receiving.
Also some possibly putting unfair demands upon the tenants for their own gain.
2. Member participation in the forums,
Shouldn’t be allowed as it only causes unrest within the membership and many are fed up with reading all the speculative crap and moaning.
3. Camming.
Again shouldn’t be allowed. Far to often many views are being obscured by all their equipment like screens and lights etc etc.
Most probably the tenants resort to camming as they ain’t getting their proper share of money from the managers and it’s their only way of getting any extra earnings.
4. The War.
This could also be a contributive factor for many reasons i ain’t gonna list here.
5. Too many apartments
Can only speak for myself but i ain’t got the time or inclination to trawl though 40 odd apartments every b___dy night. I have a handfull i probably go to each time i log on and that’s it.
I may look at others depending what i read on the forums if it looks interesting.
6. Too small apartments
Many are basically one room sectioned off with no privacy for any intimate moments or s___p overs. Or in Nikki’s case just one room with kitchen, bed and sofa and tables etc all in one.
7. VHTV
They just don’t seem to want to take any responsibility at all for anything, then again i may be speaking out of turn here.
Many suggest opening apartments in other countries etc but the costs would probably be to expensive and the wages demanded too high which is why they are in the low cost and deprived areas.
I could go on like a waffling old fart and talking a load of bollocks but will only bore the pants off of many of you
In some cases I have the feeling that the participants in “extra web activities” are paid according to their performance … If the viewers like it on the pages, there is more … if they don’t like it … will be cancelled …
