Just to clarify this, managers collect the bulk of the money regardless of the “performance” of the tenants, who are regulated through penalties. The more the tenant earns, the more strange penalties he accepts. There are very few honest managers here. Fox should have made a lot of money, but they stopped her payments and wrote penalties for going to the grocery shop for “too long”. Just another one of the moronic policies of the so-called protectors.
And then they are amazed that tenants run away, steal their equipment and sell it at garage sales…
Mal eine andere Frage . Können sich VHT und RLC nicht zusammen tuen eine Art Fusion . Beide haben mit ihren Problemen zutuen wäre doch eine gute Lösung ?! Aber ich denk mal ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit
There is nothing for you to stick out. You NEVER pay for a subscription. You would need to pay for a subscription in order for you to cancel it. Ie. not stick it out.
Well there is the root of all the problems eliminate managers and 90% of all the problems will disapear and who ever ran flora out needs a giant kick in the nuts
Agreed, but without them, VHTV would not be able to distance themselves when things go er legal, not to mention the logistics of managing apartments in another country especially currently.
I think that doesn’t solve the problems.
Without a manager, most (if not all) participants lack the necessary start-up capital. In addition to a suitable apartment, they also have to buy and install all the technology themselves (cameras, routers, cabling, etc.).
This is currently the job of the managers and of course they don’t do it for nothing.
Without a manager there would hardly be any participants available.
What needs to be changed are clear rules about how managers have to work and how much of the income they are actually allowed to put into their own pockets.
You should not be allowed to dictate to the participants what they have to do and what they are not allowed to do. If a participant gets sick or needs a few days off for personal reasons, the manager should not be allowed to decide.
I believe that if this is implemented and monitored by VHTV, a lot would be achieved.
if thats the case vhtv is to blame they should be paying for and hireing technicians to fit out the apts its not hard to find technicians a quick google search of any city worldwide will a list of dozens all you gotta do is email them and make a deal it really is that simple
Because the managers seem to be about as much use as a fart in a space suit as can be seen with Derek and gina its looks like ill be getting my pension before there back online if it takes nearly 2 months to sort it the management to find a new line of work i might suggest politics
Yes, it does. Managers are nothing else than Studios who take advantage of the equipment and their influence over Vhtv. They also set their own rules over participants.
Not really accurate. Most of the managers are miles away from the participants. The participants find the apartments themselves. As for the equipment, they hire middle level people (what we know here as sub managers) to do this job. I won’t give names, but we both know the people doing it for them. So another ones to take a share from the money
I take this as a joke. Can not be serious…
Like any Studio, each manager has his own rules. I am not sure that Vhtv can have a say over it. But yes, that’s where the bigger problems start to appear.
