Also when i log on to the forum i get the b___dy payment page so have to click on the back arrow and re login, again, b___dy crap.
Why the hell donāt they test the b___dy programme instead of relying on us to suffer and point out all the cock ups.

Ich bin auch richtig sauer . Seit einer Woche kann man die Seite nicht zu 100% benutzen. Anstatt es bis alles lƤuft es wieder zurĆ¼ck zusetzen lassen sie es so , ich bin auch ehrlich die letzten Tage ist mir die Lust vergangen VHT zu besuchen . Normal mĆ¼sste man die Anklagen

Just for the record I think the changes are very good . We can hide the floor plan, we have instant access to that apartments past videos and to be fair now I have better broadband speed the buffering is a thing of the past. Would be great to know what folk are saying (no Russian here and it would be impolitic to ask my Ukrainian family that stay at mine to translate) but hey , they look good. I do have one software development request - let us type in a time (as well as the clumsy thumb method ) so we can be specific when looking through the last 24 hours. Would speed up the process and be less frustrating. Carry on improving. Thanks

For a bit of polishing I just want to suggest a few visual details to make the dark design a little easier to read and use:

Change the red line in the timeline and the āliveā on the far left to yellow, for example, for better contrast.

the word āarchiveā, which appears in timeshift mode instead of āliveā, also needs a more readable color, even if it is just a display and not a button.

in both modes: move āauto-hideā-switch to the left side of the āpreviewsā-switch. somehow it annoys me when I canāt turn on and off the preview without moving the mouse because the other button is suddenly there (probably just my very own problemā¦ or intention?
)

Ok so when is the archive timeline going to be fixed? I canāt even use it at all. Go back to the other version
Despite being logged in as a paid up premium subscriber, most of the cameras are shown as padlocked although they can still be opened. Surely the padlocks should disappear in this case?
For me it helps to refresh the page

Yep mines always locked when i log into the site, a quick refresh sorts it but it shouldnāt happen in the first place.

I find it strange how some users have issues with this and others donāt the same as I still get logged out whereas some others donāt.

Of course you can use the timeline. Maybe it doesnāt work as perfectly as the old version, but it works. Normally you go back to it for a few hours, watch scenes and keep moving towards the current time. This is also possible now.
So leave this blatant criticism that you CANNOT use the timeline at all.

I have no log in probs and for what it is worth I delete all cookies and sites visited each day as normal housekeeping but I have read somewhere that only VHTV cookies should be deleted.
You often canāt go back one minute on the timeline, need going back 2 and then forward one 
plus a few other timeline funnies which many have mentioned.
It was always that way as I recall. I used to have to wait a bit to see the bit I wanted to see again.
I always thought that was to allow VHTV a time buffer so they could remove something that crossed a red line. Could be wrong.
