Big bug that is currently causing the new version of the site to ruin all the fun. I watch on my computer and like to open many tabs and stop on interesting scenes. But after a while, when I go back to an old tab, when I try to continue playing, the time jumps to the time I was away and all the interesting action can disappear
Could you please specify if you’re opening tabs with VHTV Live streams?
Or are you opening different tabs at VHTV Timeline playback?
Or are you talking about VHTV Moments Archive by any chance?
Was expected behavior different when using previous VHTV version? Do you press Pause when opening new tab which you plan to visit later?
because I had to work with pinpoint precision too often while working:
i don’t know if it’s because of the new design, but i’ve noticed that there are a lot of cameras across all the apartments that have a black edge on the left and right. without checking every single camera … i even have the feeling that this is the majority
As an example from Flora’s living room: cams 3, 4 and 5 (pic1) have the edge, but 6 (pic2) does not
it’s probably more the set resolution of the cameras, but i at least wanted to mention it
The only problem i have ever had is when logging into the main screen the cams often stay locked (ie Red) but a simple refresh solves that problem.
Everything else seems to work ok for me.
The only funny i have had is that my favourites are now all mixed up.
Just a thought, it would be very handy @VHTV_James if we could drag the favourites to whatever order we prefer. Whether this could be accommodated easily?
Never really noticed that black edging before but upon checking it seems to vary in all apartments, it’s on some but not others.
I obviously have been concentrating on other parts of the screen 
I also seem to have found the cause: the saved images (using the button) from the cameras without edges are 1920x1080, those with edges are 1920x1085…
This seems to have been the case for a very long time, but it is now noticeable due to the dark design. With the bright design it is not particularly noticeable
while scrolling through my archive I also discovered images with 1920x1086, and there were also some 1911x1080 included. very varied considering that they all actually should be FullHD 
but the new design is ultimately innocent of this
if we could drag the favourites to whatever order we prefer.

I recorded a video. The bug appears if you pause timeline playback, wait a few seconds and resume playback. On my video you can see that the bug is either not permanent, or it takes some time for it to appear.

Yes, it does, but only if the apartment has a maximum number of 13 cameras.
could be your network connection is too slow to transfer the video stream but fast enough to make continuous play possible . In more technical terms the available bandwidth is less than the video’s bitrate
Am sure the main content is far more important than a small black edge line which most have probably never noticed

I’ve done a refresh and now it’s back to normal.
For me the font size of the apartment list (on the left hand side) is far too big which in turns spreads EVERYTHING else out too much. I can’t alter that because all other font sizes will then be too small.
Ja hab ich dann auch so gemacht , ist aber nicht Sinn der Sache , ist aber eben wieder aufgetaucht.
