Watching a particular time on the timeline is useless. Constant jumping ahead every couple of minutes. What is the point of the timeline if you can’t watch it?

have you got an active subscription ? although thinking about it you cant use it without a premium subscription , i have no problem going back and watching without any jumps

same here: after about 3 minutes there is always a jump forward. Since nearly one year!

I dont have time jumps but the feed freezes and reloads evry few minutes when watching the timeline. I also can only watch the timeline when using a VPN, which was never the case previously. It is getting a little frustrating.

Anyone who doesn’t get jumps forward…how do you watch? PC, Phone, Tablet? I’ve tried numerous browsers on my PC and it still happens.

It is okay for me. Sure there are some bugs sometimes but overall I would rate the experience with the timeline 8/10

you have to change the view every 2.4minutes - very ennoying not to be able for the timeline view !

It all started when they upgraded the site. I have several messages to them, and they ask me to jump through hoops by sending them screen captures of it happening. Recording the screen when it happens is nigh on impossible as you can’t predict when it is going to happen. VHTV obvs don’t give a shit.

I made this video a while ago to document the skips, undoubtedly my most boring video ever. It was also an opportunity to experiment with a timer filter in my video editing program…

… and yes, it’s very annoying they have not yet fixed this.

Let me tell you my horror story. Every since this wonderful “upgrade”, my archive videos no longer work. I texted support numerous times, but the only help I received was “send us the screenshots of archives not working”. Huh? So now they haven’t answered me in about a year. I’m a paying subscriber but I get no help

basically if you are watching anything on the timeline you have to pause it for a split second every 1.5 to 2 minutes so it won’t skip. its a real pain.
