Hmm I don’t think so. If VHTV thinks there might be suspicious activity however they can lock your account and send you an email to change your password. That is the risk you take there.
If you access from different countries then that would definitely look suspicious and your account could be suspended, different cities in the same country should be OK.
There should be no problem with that. Enjoy your experience at VHTV wherever you like.
