Why is Camera 4 showing 2 hours behind and no one in there and when switching to Cam 3 or 5 it shows Kye and Viktor.

None of those work. Only Good rat poison works. It has to be Second-generation anticoagulants because all other rat poisons are inefficient. I’m not sure if Second-generation anticoagulants are sold to the public in Russia because here in North America their sale is restricted to farmers with a licence .
