Erich. If you go to CamCaps while the forum there doesn’t explain why the participants are mainly from a certain location. It does provide the location where the apartment is situated and the Language that the participants are fluent in. I hope that helps you. Cheers.
I have said this before. But I asked the project team specifically about this what concerns VHTV only. They only answered in what country the apartments can be situated in. Nothing else than exactly that.

@jabbath1987 what U have to say here? Why specifically one or two European countries and not a mix of all? Are there any issues?

I have not the slightest clue how RLC get their participants and about VHTV it is against the rules to talk about which countries the participants are from. 
That only confirms the main point in my post a couple of posts above here. 
I’m sorry I can’t inform you, I know what I see, the “recruitment” process I don’t know how it works.

I realize that this is an old post, but since I am currently subscribed to RLC, I can say that I don’t ever see those dots now. I actually didn’t see black dots. What I did see was a centered camera focus element of lights. They were only noticeable sometimes. Lately, I haven’t seen them at all so perhaps the technology has changed and they aren’t needed.
Because of the lack of activity on RLC, my opinion is that VHTV has the edge for general interest, so I’ll be resubscribing here when my other subscription expires.
They are still there. Just try looking against a white background and you’ll see them easily.

Ce n’ est que de la mise en scène sur les deux sites.
Le problème c est que les acteurs sont de plus en plus mauvais…
Rlc et Vhtv sont en train de sombrer dans leur médiocrité.
Je me demande jusqu’à quel point ils peuvent aller dans le vulgaire. Le trash , l alcoolisme. La violence , l irrespect.
