One of the main issues is the catchment area of the participants being in Eastern Europe and Russia where LGBTQ people are still limited in their freedom of expression that these same groups have in the West.
So there is always going to be an imbalance on this site and it’s not the site’s fault, it’s just that LGBTQ people are still persecuted and limited in their personal expression, so they keep a low profile.
VHTV for these people could even be very dangerous, indeed Nina and Kira were talking about moving to France so that they could live a normal life and avoid any trouble.
Has anyone done a poll on here or telegram to see subscribers preferences? How they identify and what kind of content they are interested in seeing? Obviously voluntary, but I bet a lot of people would participate. Based on the poll, perhaps @VHTV_CEO will consider more or different types of apartments. This topic could be discussed over and over again, with a very low probability of change. But I would be interested in the answers to a poll.
VHTV and others should acknowledge this impression of the whole gay/bi community. I don’t think that arguing against it by hetero subscribers is helpful in any way…it’s hard to understand what you are not affected by. So just accept it.
maybe you are part of the problem
Polling on sensitive topics can offer valuable insights into evolving societal attitudes, but it also carries inherent risks of bias and misrepresentation. A thorough understanding of polling methodologies is crucial for accurate interpretation of results, especially when dealing with marginalised communities.
Given the international nature of this forum and the diverse range of societal norms and values represented, achieving a universally agreeable outcome through polling on sensitive subjects may prove challenging. Some societies may still hold views that are considered outdated in Western contexts, potentially leading to significant disparities in perspectives and ultimately hindering the attainment of a consensus that satisfies all parties.
Perhaps it would be more prudent to allow VHTV to leverage its own internal data and expertise to determine the factors that contribute to a successful realm. As a business entity, VHTV’s primary focus is not on directly influencing social norms, but rather on achieving business objectives.
Merry Christmas to you all xx
Perfect statement. Nothing to add here.
Merry Christmas
This topic has really changed since the beginning. While it is very frustrating, I understand the logistics of the situation. This was just a discussion, in my opinion, to voice the opinion of the queer community. It is hard pill to swallow, that no matter what is said, that nothing will be done about it. And then the people that just “tolerate” the LGBT community have strong opinions about the subject. Not pointing any fingers, or anger towards anyone, but this subject is close to many people’s hearts. I have a gay brother, and I identify as queer as well. In a marginalized community, feeling ignored because we are different, is what we fight against. I respect everyone opinions, and they have a right to them: just giving mine.
Merry Christmas all!
I grew up in the LGBTQ+ community in Brighton, UK. Tragically, I lost my best friend to suicide at the age of 15. He faced severe gay persecution at school, which deeply affected him and ultimately led to this devastating outcome. This personal experience makes the topic of LGBTQ+ rights profoundly important to me. My comments were solely based on a logical and reasoned perspective.
Oh I know! It is obviously important to many of us. This topic is just out of date is all. The voices that wanted to be heard, have spoke. VHTV heard what we said, and decided to logically it doesnt work for their site. It doesnt take the emotion out of it, but it is what it is. But this topic has been over done for quite a while now. It probably should be brought back up occasionally, but as of now should be done.
The topic of equal rights for all should never be over and it should be voiced loud and proud to put a stop to these antiquated views.
Merry Christmas to you
If you argue on the basis of statistics and mathematics, it is out of question, that among 56 there should be several gay apartments. You can’t argue it away. And I have my problems trusting “data” that are not coinciding with this statistical fact.
It is astonishing, however, how some people on here refuse to acknowledge that fact but instead spend their precious time trying to justify something they are not affected by at all.
Nobody here wants to prevent the 4567854567th hetero apartment from being opened. One could just open both. But to make it work you need to have interesting and hot people there, not half-hearted attempts.
The horse has been beaten so hard, that it is officially glue. Plus I want to talk more about things being beaten (that is not horses or eggs… )
Yet it seems to be OK for plenty of girl girl play but very very little Guy Guy and or Bi action…
Another example of what we’ve been telling for so long.
Supposedly Gevorg has his own realm with his ‘‘boyfriend’’.
Zero action between them and today they have guests that do straight sex.
So even in a gay realm, straight sex is compulsory to be featured.
