That’s a pure assumption that there were many gay viewers as there is no statistics to proof that. Only the users here in forums doesn’t stand for all the viewers of the site.

I don’t understand why viewers keep implying that vhtv is somehow being discriminatory against gay and bisexuals. Vhtv is a business to make money, so if there were so many viewers wanting gay and bi content, where are they? There was a gay couple on here a few years ago that didn’t last because they could NOT attract many viewers. In their own words they explained despite their very active sex life, there weren’t many viewers so they were making no money. Unless there is proof, stop throwing around accusations of discrimination of gays and bisexuals by vhtv

I have seen on a number of occasions, the camera views have been pretty high for certain types of activity (relating to this topic) - even reaching number 1 position in certain apartments - AND of course, plenty of comments from various people on the forum, along the same lines…gay / bi related matters.
Note that in my original comment, I did not say there were loads of such viewers but “many more than you might think”.
You yourself stated quite rightly (and I am paraphrasing here) that not all of them are on the forum. In other words, a number (whatever that might be) of others we don’t even know about.

This old topic being brought up agian, Jabbath is right when saying that as a business it would be crazy for VHTV to not facilatate all different kinds of apartments wether it be Bi / Gay / Trans or the numerous other sexuallites, if it makes them enough money i’m pretty sure they would have the apartments to suit. But I will say what I found is that some people are looking for specific things and that is kinda hard to achive in this genre.
There were some gay apartments & I came across folk that weren’t happy with that style and instead of promoting it to try and improve what was available, they abandonded them and I have have to say that I think it was a lost oppertunity to help them grow in this area.

I don’t think anyone would dispute that there are many more straight guys wanting straight apartments than there are gay guys wanting gay apartments. But that is not a reason why they should be no gay apartments. Supermarkets provide products for vegans to buy and gluten free products, even though those customers are in the minority. It is good business sense to try and expand the customer base. Whether there are 20, 30, 40 or 50 straight apartments, customer number are not going to be much different. But add a genre that is not currently catered for and it could lead to a worthwhile increase in subscriber numbers.
People talk about VHTV not wanting gay apartments, but that is not true. If a manager came to them and said they wanted to open 10 gay apartments I’m sure VHTV would be happy to accommodate them. The problem is that none of the current managers are interested in gay apartments.
People say that’s because from past experience not enough people watch gay apartments. But the reality is that no-one knows how many people would watch a gay apartment because there hasn’t really been any. The only “gay” apartment in the last 5 years was Adil & Bertie where Bertie kept bring home girls for sex, so the apartment was never really a gay apartment.
It would be great if a gay manager came along and opened up 5 or 6 gay apartments that had real gay participants (not fake ones) and gave it a real go. But sadly that’s unlikely to happen.

Chad & Todd left over 6 years ago.
Chad & Todd were actually quite successful at first. Lots of gay parties, lots of interest and lots of positive comments & views. But then came the knife incident and they were warned they would be kicked out if there was a repeat. The parties & the a_____l came to an end, and they left a month or so later.

I really can’t say if this is a completly true statement or not because I don’t know any of the managers and their stance on this issue, but I would also think that the area’s most of these apartments are broadcast from could have problems even attracting gay couples or gay apartments to be broadcast to the entire world.

I agree that it could be an issue attracting gay participants, but certainly not a show stopper. I’m sure gay couples could be found if managers wanted to.
Just look at cam sites like Chaturbate, there are many gay couples broadcasting on there from the same parts of the world that VHTV has apartments, so it’s not like no gay people from those areas want to broadcast themselves having sex to the world.

Yeah but there is a bit of a difference between what sites like chaturbate offer and the cams being on you 24/7 like VHTV. Just a thought.
Everyone has different preferences, and everyone should be represented, if possible. They gay apartments have been around in the last few years have just been cam site models. I actually prefer a real couple with open friends. Whether it is straight or gay, I enjoy them both. However, if there aren’t the type of apartments you are interested in, you should find another place to subscribe to. Personally, I would love to see some real gay apartments in the mix. But the straight guys that are willing to stretch their boundaries are also wonderful as well. 
All opinions are valid and @VHTV_James should be aware that some subscribers are interested in this type of apartment.

Nothing you’ve said here is proof, or even provable for that matter, of what you said. It’s all just opinion and supposition.
There could be any number of reasons why there’s not a larger gay presence in the project. We’ll never know what they might be because VHTV will never divulge that information.
Also, the people on the forum are just a very small subset of all the viewers of the main site. We’ll also never know what percentage of the total group is interested in sex between men. It could very well be much larger than you think.

Well if it would be higher we would see managers opening these kind of places. As they are none the conclusion is that it is lower. Just business nothing else. I personally do not care if there are gay places or not as they won’t take away any of the normal places. I won’t watch them but if people enjoy watching why should I mind?

Maybe, maybe not. You don’t like male on male sex, so you don’t archive those videos. Maybe it’s similar with the managers, except with them, they don’t open gay apartments.
I get what you say about businesses and businesses need to make money, but not everything is about money. Take you, for example, you’re a MO, but you don’t draw an hourly wage for that.
We should have access to number of views for archive videos. I m pretty sure the videos with gay, bi or homoerotic content would be very good.
