Relying on the managers good will and honesty, suppose some will and some won’t.
You could also make the whole thing simpler by asking which manager has the best/prettiest/most active flats!
Then the list is a lot smaller, but perhaps more transparent …
Let me take an example where everyone knows that it has the same manager:
- Fox
- Flora
- Harmony
(the manager has another flat, but that doesn’t matter).
If you like what manager **** does with the flats (Flora, Fox, Harmony), choose …
If you also want to reward the flat individually:
Flora (Manager ****)
Fox ( Manager ****)

How can a vote for Best Christmas apartments be won by a place with no decorations at all (Edrym & Roza)

Probably because it is nothing to do with decorations, since there was no mention at VHTV post about apartment decorations.

Well when it says to vote for the best Christmas apartments I think of the places with best decorations. Just like it was with Halloween decorations.

The main problem for that is Xmas is on different days and the competition ended before the Orthodox one.

Well, i am Orthodox since forever and always the Christmas was and is on the 25th of December 
P.S Some of the Orthodox countries are celebrating on the 7th of January, the others, on the 25th of December like everybody else
Ok so some celebrate December & some January, the main point stands that the competition still ended before the January celebration.

Yes, you are correct. But, as always, we all know that people are voting their favourites all the time, no matter if there is or not a “theme” for the Poll
Well i went to vote earlier today/yesterday and it seemed to have closed even though VHTV sad it lasted up until the 3rd of January so all a bit of a cock up.

I am not taking it out of context, it clearly stated choose your favorites and not choose your favourite decorated. And again I would point out that some apartments haven’t yet celebrated their Christmas and the poll closed before that time.
As far as I can see is that it was named a Christmas edition as some members were celebrating it at their own homes at that time.
