Ukrainian apartments get 100% of the coins, other apartments have a management processing fee attached and I don’t know where the 30% comes from as it’s the first I have heard of anything like that and just go with what VHTV have said themselves in the past.

The 70% / 30% split came from VHTV who posted that sometime last year.
