The problem is as simple as singing the Tenor role in Sigfried, which for me is the most difficult aria in the entire repertoire, both Italian, French and German. Just like that!!!
No in that case it’s just causing unnecessary confusion about something very clear and easy.

When the new url is released will it be on the main site for a easy click? I know this might be a to early to ask 
When the main site of the forum is already only reachable with the new URL that won’t make much sense

It can! It will be reachable both with old and new link in future (at least for several months)
But now new domain hasn’t been launched, so only our good old regular link!

How does that benefit VHTV? The purpose of this forum is to talk about VHTV so will always be connected, if I have got what you mean wrong then you are going to have to elaborate on what you do actually mean

I think similarly to you. There will also be no individual areas for the respective RLC apartments under the “new” URL. 
Maybe someone is hoping for an RLC wiki from @jabbath1987 like VHTV has. …
