my guess is you and @robwin where very close to being promoted to TL3 and the management commitee didnt relish the idea of you two having privvy to the upper levels ,so they flagged your asses as a flag knocks you back down a few pegs , so now along with me get used to staying at level 2 for quite some time 
I got promoted to level 3 a few weeks ago lok at my profile pic and the shield I see no difference from level 2 to level 3 yet
Well, as Lvl 3 it’s easier to get Kaya’s attention when using the flags 
i always thought a regular was TL3 still states your a member
I now notice this
