VHTV and the Chamber of Chatters

It’s working perfectly for me

Lucky you  still down here (new and old version)

Might be different servers, depending on the location ? :man_shrugging:

Yea, I sent a mail to support and asked them

Back online for me (after my dinner)

I don`t even know my own place on the leaderboard.

You can stop chewing those nails now

If this is any help

TBH i never look at the leader board, think i looked once and saw yours truly with an extraordinary load of posts and thought fuck me and pissed of quick.

Last time I actually did check I think I was number 34. Not that I care about it.

As the story seems to go for now it looks like the only way for me is further down the list. :joy: :joy:

Wait, we really have a leaderboard?

How have you not noticed? It’s been there over a year, users on here have been that desperate to get to number one that they spam posted and have tried to get others banned to get an advantage

Oh cmon, really?

I knew about those thumbnails at the beginning of the topic, who writes the most in the topic, but the leaderboard? Seriously?

Edit:
Wait, wait, wait…Eros, 5.000 posts in a week??? This can’t be true

Edit2:

Fuck, Im at 35th place! How is this possible? I participate very rarely.

Yes, I saw something similar when the leaderboard went public. For a brief moment I was even in third place…
But I think it’s easy to explain: the number of REALLY active users overall is surprisingly low. I put it this way back then: we are not giants, we are actually just little garden gnomes on an fairly short mown lawn

I am number 38 right now, so technically I am lower than you. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

These numbers are not contribution figures.

As far as I could read, the numbers are made up of several criteria:

  • read posts
  • created posts
  • received “likes”
  • given “like”

I don’t know what that’s ultimately good for. I don’t see any benefit in it either.
And to organize a “competition” between users is more like kindergarten level.

You don’t need to post 5000 to be rewarded with 5000 points I just posting 14 hours a day It is about 120 Images for no other reason but because i liked to capture pictures I upload images all day which the New Year I will stop doing it so much I will start make it better quality pictures
That is one reason and also my English is not perfect, I don’t participate much in discussions only when necessary
Thanks

Ah, I see, so what it matters is actually ALL forum participation, writing, liking, others liking your posts, reading, you name it…

That makes more sense for so high numbers.

Your English is perfectly good. And picture posting.

Your english works more than good enough for me. No problem. :slightly_smiling_face:
