Its now an issue already since several months, and VHTV does nothing about it. They seem not to be interested in getting more customers.

I have always used my normal Visa debit card. Never got problems

Still no news. I need a payment option which is more anonymous than a credit card and less complicated than bitcoin. But VHTV seems to have no interest in customers like me.

Yeah. I have the same issue. Every banks have banned Verotel, I have even tried prepaid cards but it doesnât work. Everyone has said that Verotel is fishy and hence they block all payments to it. Not sure why vhtv is sticking with verotel still! I have been using Bitcoin for now as last resort as I donât seem to have any other option.

They could easily include paysafecard. This is easy to use and works well with chaturbate. But it seems they earn already too much money and have no interest in customers who prefer a simple and really anonymous payment.

I always pay through Verotel, without any problems, most recently yesterday. The card is a Mastercard.

The question of alternative payment options doesnât seem to have high priority. More than three months since my last posting and nothing has happened. @VHTV_James: Why donât you offer payment options which are more anonymous than a credit card and less complicated than bitcoin? I am certainly not the only potential customer who abstains from a subscrption because the range of payment options is so restricted. Please do something!!!

I got a new debit card last month and Verotel declined this one too. I reached out to them and still havenât had any response. Thatâs that then, well done 
Pretty bad that VHTV has a piss poor pay system that turns away potential customers. I would fire whoever is in charge and get someone competent that knows how to allow options for paying customers. What a joke. Porn has been around for centuries but to deny payments to access it in todayâs society/economy - so fucking unbelievable. Stone age -

I have the same issue right now. Used MasterCard before without any problems. My new Visa card works on RLC (through Verotel) but not here. This is a pretty old thread and I can see some of you who had issues before are now Premium Subscribers. What was the solution? Is MasterCard guaranteed to work? Maybe some of you have some helpful advice. Thanks.
Edit: for whatever reason I also still have the Premium Subscriber flair so who knows, maybe no one managed to solve the problem at all.

I had to renew my subscription in January and before that I had always paid via PayPal. So I was pretty worried that I might have problems with my MasterCard. But when the time came, it went completely smoothly.

Verotel told me i need contact my bank.
I need tell my bank that i can not pay for VHTV, sorry
before i dont use this side.
I was marked Premium Subscriber for some time because I got a freebie in the christmas raffle. I never used my credit card for vhtv and I will not do so in the future. They have to implement more payment options. I have suggested paysafecard for nearly on year and suupport says the will consider it but it doesnât happen. Obviously they donât want to earn more money. Very sad!

Because on a site like vhtv I like to stay anonymous.
