After 5 year member of VHTV, i cannot renew my membership! My credit cards have a positive balance, my card numbers and expiry dates are correctly entered, and my email address too, I’m not an idiot! I sended an email at Verotel support thay give me no answer! Verotel is a big fuck! VHTV loose members with it! You should to change or add a second paiment processor who is working!

I see the payment attempts on our side, and it was declined by Verotel with the reason “potential fraud / stolen card”. It’s a block from their system, and there is nothing wrong with details you entered.
Sadly,their support is indeed much slower than ours, so you will need to wait for their reply.
To make sure it doesn’t interrupt your experience, I added extra week of membership to your account. You can also use our alternative payment method via Bitcoin if you prefer not to deal with Verotel right now.
