That is easy to answer. It is just a silly expression used on the forum when a guest arrive in an apartment. If the guest does somethings involving nudity of some sort, they “earn” a name. If they’re only on a friendly visit for coffee or something like that, they don’t “earn” a name
Most of the times the name is suggested by a forum member, but in some cases it is the guest who picks his or her own name. In this particular case, Tea Mint has “earned” her name. She has chosen her own name, and is already in Wiki

Maybe she sampled a whole load of different teas whilst thinking of screen names and settled on her favourite, which could have been mint.

Ah yes, now you have mentioned it, I know what you mean. The ‘a’ is said as a heavy syllable and sometimes the spelling is ‘Tia’ (as in the _____ Tia Maria). I had forgotten about that until I read your comment.
Come think of it, Tea (or Thea) is actually a name used in Norway too. One of my best friends d______r is named that. Looks like my brain automatically turns to English mode when I log on here
