Hell no! I never go see a new movie on a opening weekend, being retired I can wait and go say a week later and do say to a 1 PM showing when most are at work. I’ve been to many blockbusters with less than a dozen people in the theater doing this.

I’ve more than once been the only person in a movie theatre, but some films I prefer to watch on opening night with the appropriate nerdy crowd.
Though yesterday I fucked up. I sat in the middle of a long row in a big theatre and had forgotten that this screening was in 3D, which I’m not the biggest fan of. So right when the movie started I had to get out, step on some toes, get those fucking glasses, get in again and step on some more toes.
