I have a long term subscription as many others do as it was cheaper than a monthly. Now they are promoting birthday offers with money off and other offers too. Why can’t long term subscribers be given extra days as I know they can’t give money back. What do you think ?

The promotion for birthday applies a discount for the first period you subscribe to using this code (HB2023). Active subscribers are able to cancel their subscriptions anytime in favor of re-subscribing using current promotion(s), if they believe this will benefit them. To each their own, so there are promotional options for existing subscribers, anytime.

It doesn’t apply a discount, it gives a bonus
It actually makes a big discount for a longer period of time. And yes, this is done by adding a lot of bonus days. At the same price. Which can be called a discount, I believe.

I’m not saying it’s a negative thing, it’s great that bonuses are given but it’s also important in my opinion that the correct words are used to not mislead prospective customers for example what we have already spoken about with the latest advert, the advert offers 20% Cash Back when in reality it’s 20% extra days and no actual cash back which you have already confirmed to be correct
So the advert is false advertising which is illegal in a lot of places.
here is only illegal what the “moneyrecievers” find illegal and as long as it does not affect them.
For example, there is a girl who we are not allowed to talk about and say her name, but they use it themselves, and did not delete it untill now, if you know how to look for it, you can still find her

If only it were that easy… 
My subscription expires in 48 days. If I want to extend it for another year, I won’t even be offered this option and therefore the promo code doesn’t make any sense.
Like last year, I have to wait until the last day of subscription has expired. Only then will I be offered longer subscriptions of 3, 6 or 12 months again. And by then the current promo code will certainly have expired.
And then there is the exciting question of whether Verotel accepts my credit card.
Honestly:
VHTV really doesn’t make it easy for its subscribers to remain customers.

It seems like you have an issue with your account at VHTV, which prevents bigger subscription packages with bigger discounts to be shown to you. This is a safety feature which may include legitime clients like you in some cases. Even frequent IP changes may trigger it. I suggest VHTV Support to review this case and adjust your account for bigger packages to become available for you once again.
