At that range i couldn’t tell you if it was a c___d or a national hunt jocky 
I haven’t followed much, but i can tell you that on the opening day (Monday i think) the kids playing there, could very clearly be seen. I simply didn’t wanted to mention it, but they can be seen very easily and clear. It probably matters how the weather is outside and the position of the sun

I assume that someone mention it to them and they put that flower over there. It wasn’t on Monday. I believe that a blind for the window will easily solve the issue. This is how it was on Monday…

How about loggia cams that show people walking past by, exercising in the open space or vehicles that display the faces of minors inside just in case the windows are open?
