I wondered if it was just chicken curry with mashed potato, some kind of vegetable burgers and some coleslaw. All homemade.

Ahhhh quizá, yo veo solo una pieza de carne/pollo, y me pareció lo que por aquí llamamos milanesa (como dije, una lámina de carne a la que se moja con huevo y condimentos, para luego pasarla por pan rallado, lo que le hace una costra crujiente).

In that case, i apologise for wrongly identifying your meal. There is no denying though that you seem to be very good as the main chef there and you do seem to really enjoy yourself when you cook. 
Some of us really enjoy watching you do it.
