This is the tightening that comes into force on 1 October, when pets are in the picture, people must be fully clothed! 
That was the hint. Do you know that is the date? 
Conscientious participants will abide the rules, but I’m afraid it will be forgotten in a week..
So we will see most pets disappear as clothed people won’t earn any money on the project
What is it like when the animals are naked? Do the humans also have to be unclothed? 
I’m thinking of naked cats. joke
