Friction on rough surfaces cause a lot of heat which can result in burn marks. If you have treat with some ointment like Bepanthenol and make sure the skin can breathe and is not covered by anything which rubs on it.

Also commonly known as road burn or road rash.
As others have said, itâs very important to prevent infection. Be sure to wash out all the tiny pieces of asphalt, gravel, dirt, etc. from the wounds. You donât want any foreign bodies left under your skin as the wound heals.
Iâm sure you have your favorite creams and ointments for sc______s, burns and cuts, etc., but I can highly recommend this one.
Itâs been around for more than 130 years, works very fast for pain and itching, and is very cheap. Itâs over the counter, so it should be easy to get, but you can also find it online at places like Amazon and Walmart. And a little goes a long way
I remember my grandmother using it on me when I was just a wee tyke. It always stopped me crying from the pain. That was many decades ago, and they still use the same formula.
Itâs called, Campho Phenique.
