Maybe I solved the riddle. His birthday is in 2001 right? Maybe something else important is there? Is he a little nerd and used the MacOs Time for telling us. Using that the numbers mean:

It would be amazing if Artem was telling us he is bisexual (bi), but I think it’s more likely to be the letter “Ы” in the Cyrillic alphabet.
I figured that. No harm in a little fun. 
In English Ы is soft y.
I hope Artem’s going to eventually tell us what it all means after he’s had his bit of fun messing with our minds.
Maybe it’s an existential y.
