I guess there’s a fireladder or something, and Mr bald left.
Wow, did he really leave? OMG. Hope he stays out then. 
All this upset only started when he first arrived so makes you wonder who he is?
The bad thing is, Trisha left the place via the window as well, like an escape, and left the window open, as you can see in lower left:
Somewhat the situation reminds me of some money-repos, and I’m not thinking of the official ones, but there are no grounds to call it a fact, that’s just a personal feeling. Looked like out of a cheap gangster movie.

I recorded the development to Mr Bald’s escape, will try to pass it on to a friend who speaks russian, maybe he can tell what it’s all about.
Didn’t have contact to him for a while, so I hope I can still reach him.

from what i got from it, the guy on the phone broke up with her and she said that she could not earn enough alone there… so maybe Kano?
But i have no idea why she left through the window… maybe Connor was there to fix the doors and they don’t open and close anymore?
